Manoir Charles Dutaud

Manoir Charles Dutaud is a private, non-profit residence for seniors located in the Ville-Marie borough, near Atwater Metro station. Managed by the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal (OMHM), it offers low-rent housing (HLM) to seniors aged 60 and over.

Manoir Charles Dutaud provides seniors with a safe and affordable living environment. To be eligible, applicants must be registered on the OMHM waiting list and meet the eligibility criteria for HLM housing.

Residents must be able to live independently in order to reside there. However, they may receive home support services from the CLSC if needed. No medical care or personal assistance services are provided directly by the residence.
