Le Manoir Anjou is a private non-profit seniors’ residence managed by the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal (OMHM). It offers affordable housing for fully independent individuals aged 60 and over.
In addition to providing quality apartments in a building equipped with elevators, the residence offers a range of services designed to enhance residents’ sense of security and simplify daily living. To be eligible for Manoir Anjou, applicants must be registered on the OMHM waiting list and meet the established eligibility criteria.
