We welcome people who are independent and semi-independent. Our prices include three meals and one snack per day along with a weekly service of cleaning and laundry. Our charming rooms for one person are equipped with a sink, a wardrobe and a panoramic window. The bed can be used as a couch and can be transformed from a simple bed to a king size in no time. Each bedroom has it's own television and a lazyboy.

You will find numerous helps systems that are dispatched throuought the residency and the bedrooms, we also have a 24/7 concierge on site as well as an elevator. A wide range of care services are offered (help with bathing, help to get dressed, medication management, pharmacist visit, social workers consultation). All services are accessible within walking distance, you will find a Métro Supermarket, numerous restaurants for all tastes and budgets, hundreds of shops in the neighbouring, pharmacies and three beautiful parcs, Lafontaine, Baldwin and Faubourg.
