The Résidences des Roy et fils are an evolving residence which welcomes autonomous, losing their autonomy and semi-autonomous elderly people. The Résidences des Roy et fils are located in Saint-Émile-de-Suffolk. A prosthetic unit for people with Alzheimer's has also been set up. This living environment adapted to elderly people requiring care and security includes 43 rooms. Among the services included are, among others, an on-site nursing assistant, two baths per week, support in daily living activities, daily activities and enclosed interior gardens. For autonomous and semi-autonomous customers, 22 accommodations are available among the ten pavilions.
