The Humanitae residence, located in Lebourgneuf in Quebec, is a 170-room complex intended exclusively for people with cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's disease. The Humanitae residence aims to provide a home-like living environment, where residents can continue to live their lives while maintaining their dignity despite illness. The complex is divided into 12 prosthetic units according to the severity of cognitive impairment. The residence provides several amenities within the complex itself: grocery store, bistro, multipurpose room, kitchens, gardens, private lounge, terraces, etc. The building has seven floors, where the ground floor is dedicated to common areas.
