To be eligible for an apartment at Résidence Des Ateliers, several criteria apply, including: Your annual income is less than $33,500 for one person or a couple**; You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident; You live on the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal; You are 75 years of age or older.
