The Champlain-des-Pommetiers long-term care facility is located on the South Shore, at the intersection of Highway 20 and the Richelieu River, in Belœil in Montérégie. The Champlain-des-Pommetiers long-term care facility, with its many large windows, offers plenty of natural light and a view of two landscaped gardens. This new construction is LEED certified. There are several amenities nearby, including an HSSC, a movie theatre, financial institutions and a gas station. The Champlain-des-Pommetiers can accommodate132 residents in single occupancy rooms with a washroom. There is a family room for residents’ use. A small sitting room with a fireplace is available for residents to host their families. Residents eat on the main floor or in the dining rooms of their unit, with table service. There is also a balcony on each floor, two large gardens with patio swings, a hair salon and an oratory for contemplation.
