The residence features bright units, including studios and 3½ apartments, ranging in size from 250 to 440 square feet. Each unit is equipped with a patio door, a balcony, and a private bathroom. A specialized unit, called "ReconnÊtre," is dedicated to residents living with cognitive impairments. This secure unit includes 26 fully furnished studios, monitored 24/7 by qualified staff.
