iVVi Residence is a private seniors’ residence located in the heart of downtown Laval, directly across from Centropolis and within walking distance of Carrefour Laval. It welcomes autonomous and semi-autonomous adults aged 55 and over.
With its 10-storey building, the residence offers 375 apartments ranging from studios to 5½ units for independent retirees. A variety of à la carte services and care options are available to help residents maintain their autonomy for as long as possible. The residence also includes a care unit with single and double rooms, allowing couples to remain together despite a loss of independence.
