Oasis St-Martin
Oasis St-Martin is a private seniors’ residence located in Laval, near the downtown area and close to many services, including public transportation, grocery stores, pharmacies, and various restaurants.
It welcomes independent seniors only, as no care services are offered on site. However, an agreement with the Laval CSSS is in place to help meet certain specific needs. The residence offers 190 apartments, including 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. To ensure residents’ safety, an emergency alert system is connected to the reception desk, and all visitors must enter through the reception area via a secured vestibule to access the residence.
