For occupancy starting in April 2025, the Bellagio Residence will also welcome semi-autonomous seniors from the private network, offering 30 individual rooms.

With 20 years of experience in the field of senior residences, the Bellagio Residence provides balanced meals prepared daily by a chef and their team. A doctor, supported by auxiliary nurses and care attendants, ensures comprehensive medical care around the clock for the well-being of its residents
