The Ville-Marie Residence is a private seniors’ residence located in the Centre-Sud sector of the Ville-Marie borough, close to the metro and the shops on Sainte-Catherine Street. It welcomes autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors and offers 47 single-occupancy rooms.
The residence offers private rooms in various sizes, with either a private toilet or private bathroom. All rooms have a window and an emergency call button connected to the care team. Assistive devices are also available. Residents may rent certain furnishings, including a bed, dresser, television, or mini-fridge.
An agreement with the local CSSS also allows the residence to provide complementary care services tailored to residents’ needs.
