Villa St-Charles is a private seniors’ residence located in a rural setting in Sainte-Perpétue. It offers a safe and welcoming living environment for autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors. The residence features 34 spacious and bright units, ranging from studios to 4½ apartments, with or without meals included depending on the unit type. Some apartments offer two bedrooms and a bathroom with an additional shower.
A dedicated team of nurses and care attendants provides personalized care tailored to each resident’s needs. Security is ensured at all times with 24/7 surveillance. Additionally, the residence has an agreement with the local health and social services center (CSSS), allowing certain health services to be offered directly to residents.
