Villa Laurence has two wings designed to meet the diverse needs of elderly residents. The two-story residence includes 53 comfortable and secure units (studios and 2 ½) for autonomous and semi-autonomous individuals. The three-story pavilion features 18 newly built apartments (3 ½, 4 ½) for independent seniors. Each unit includes a bathroom, a private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer hookups.
