Located in Saint‑Ours along the Richelieu River, Villa des Berges is a private care residence for seniors. It serves individuals experiencing loss of autonomy, cognitive impairments, or living with Alzheimer’s disease. The residence includes single‑occupancy studios, each equipped with a private bathroom featuring support bars and an emergency pull cord. A nurse is on site seven days a week, and care staff are available at all times. Meals are served at the tables, and a cook is present throughout the week. Several services are included in the lease, such as electricity, heating, hot water, basic cable, telephone, Internet, a private bathroom, an intercom system connected to reception, an emergency call system, weekly housekeeping, and weekly linen service. Additional à la carte services may also be added.
