Villa Bellande
Villa Bellande is a family-style private seniors’ residence located in Laval, in the residential neighborhood of Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, close to the Centre de la nature and several essential services such as a grocery store, a pharmacy, and public transportation.
It welcomes independent and semi-independent seniors, including those with mild cognitive impairment. The residence offers private rooms as well as double rooms, allowing couples to remain together despite a loss of autonomy. An agreement with the Laval CSSS is in place to help meet residents’ additional care needs.
