Les Terrasses Bowen is a private seniors’ residence located near downtown Sherbrooke. It offers a modern, dynamic, and comfortable living environment designed to meet the needs of older adults.
The residence welcomes independent and semi-independent seniors and features 184 apartments, ranging from 2½ to 4½. For seniors experiencing a loss of autonomy, including those with mild to advanced cognitive impairment, the residence also offers a specialized care unit called OASIS, which can accommodate residents in 68 apartments.
Staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure residents’ safety and well-being, and personalized à la carte care services are offered to help maintain seniors’ independence.
