Résidence Persaud is a family-style private seniors’ residence located in Beaconsfield, in the West Island. It welcomes independent and semi-independent seniors, including those living with mild cognitive impairment.

The residence features seven single-occupancy rooms as well as one double room, allowing couples to continue living together despite a loss of autonomy. Each room is equipped with an emergency call system to ensure residents’ safety.

Résidence Persaud provides care available at all times and is committed to offering a pleasant living environment focused on well-being, respect for independence, freedom of choice, dignity, and personal fulfillment. An agreement with the local health authority also allows for complementary care services to be provided to residents.
