Résidence Maywood
Maywood Residence is a non-profit private seniors’ residence located in Pointe-Claire, close to a large park and several local services. It is managed in collaboration with the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal and provides affordable housing for autonomous seniors.
It offers comfortable, senior-friendly apartments in a safe living environment with basic services. Residents must be able to perform their activities of daily living (ADLs) in order to remain in the residence, or receive assistance through the CLSC if needed.
The residence also promotes an active community life through social activities, workshops, and organized outings. The environment is supervised 24/7 with on-site staff, aiming to support residents’ autonomy, safety, and overall quality of life.
