Les Marronniers is the oldest residence in Trois-Rivières, as it was the first residence for seniors to be established there. In fact, since 1986, the residence has maintained its excellent services to the seniors of the region. Located in the heart of the city, our residence has 128 apartments (3 and a half and 4 and a half) for autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors, 28 of which are reserved for clients with a slight loss of physical and cognitive autonomy.
