Les Cascades Residence is a non-profit private seniors’ residence located in Montréal-Nord, along the Rivière des Prairies. Since 1972, it has provided independent seniors with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment. The residence features 318 apartments spread across 20 floors, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, many of which offer views of the river.
Residents also have access to a private medical clinic located on-site, where they can consult a nurse or a physician two days per week to address their healthcare needs.
