L’Amitié Saraguay Residence is a private seniors’ residence operated as a non-profit organization, located in the Ahuntsic neighborhood along the Rivière-des-Prairies, in the heart of a peaceful natural setting. It is primarily intended for independent retirees or pre-retirees seeking a safe, welcoming living environment surrounded by nature. The residence includes 232 apartments, ranging from studios to 4½ units.
Built in 1974 by the Sisters of Sainte-Marcelline, it is still managed by the community today, with the support of dedicated staff and the active involvement of several residents’ committees. A wide range of services is offered to simplify daily life and ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-supported environment.
