The F.G.L.-Étoile Filante senior residence provides housing for autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors. The 2½ apartments offered include a bedroom with a "walk-in" closet, an open-plan kitchen and living room, a private bathroom, and a small terrace. A nurse is present on-site three days a week.
Built in 1997, the residence is a nonprofit organization sponsored by the Guy Leblanc Foundation and entirely managed by local community members.
Services: Laundry room. Activities: Liturgical celebrations, physical activities, painting and scrapbooking classes, and bean bag toss games.
