Each unit has large windows that allow for plenty of natural light and a fully private bathroom designed for wheelchair accessibility.

A high-power 500 kW generator guarantees uninterrupted power supply when needed, ensuring residents’ comfort and safety. The gourmet kitchen serves a varied homemade menu with three meals per day.
