Elyan Residence is a private, family-style senior residence located in the Pont-Viau neighborhood of Laval. It welcomes independent and semi-independent seniors in its 12 private rooms, 3 of which are accessible through the public health system as an intermediate care resource.
An agreement with the CSSS of Laval ensures that residents’ specific needs can be met. The residence has several floors and no elevator, so residents must be able to use the stairs in case of an emergency.
