Élogia Residence is a private seniors’ residence located in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie borough, close to the Olympic Park, Maisonneuve Park, the Botanical Garden, as well as numerous shops, restaurants, and essential services.
As the largest residential complex operated by Groupe Maurice, Élogia features 526 apartments spread over 12 floors. The residence welcomes independent and semi-independent seniors in units ranging from studios to five-room apartments, designed to provide a comfortable, safe, and supportive living environment tailored to their needs.
The residence also includes a care unit with 50 private rooms for individuals experiencing a loss of autonomy and requiring daily assistance. A team of healthcare professionals is available at all times to provide personalized care and support adapted to each resident’s evolving needs.
