The first phase of our complex was done in two stages. A first step was ready for occupancy on July 1, 2008. It has 27 bedrooms, 10 2 1/2, 26 3 1/2 and 17 4 1/2 for a total of 80 units. The second step was the construction of a building, which began in spring 2008 with completion in early 2009. It has 25 2 1/2, 27 3 1/2 and 10 4 1/2 for a total of 62 housing units. You will find at the Résidence du St. Rosaire, a dining room with table service, a library, a cinema, a gym, a chapel and a compotoir pharmacy.
