Opened in February 2025, Résidence du Petit Bois is an affordable senior housing residence located in the heart of Chelsea, just steps from the Gatineau River and the community trail La Voie-Verte. This welcoming project, led by the Chelsea Housing Corporation, offers 12 modern and comfortable units in a natural and friendly setting. Residents enjoy a peaceful environment near the Farm Point Community Centre, with a strong sense of community and care. A project inspired by local commitment and supported by dedicated partners.
