The Résidence des Aînés de Shipshaw is a non-profit seniors’ residence (OSBL), managed by the Saguenay Municipal Housing Office (Office municipal d’habitation de Saguenay) and located in the Shipshaw sector. It welcomes independent and semi-independent seniors in an environment adapted to their needs.
The residence has 26 affordable units available to seniors in Saguenay and offers various services designed to make residents’ daily lives easier. Recreational activities are also organized, allowing seniors to enjoy a friendly living environment while maintaining their independence.
