The Résidence, Pavillon and the Château de l'Île are senior’s residences located in Hull, in the Outaouais region, close to many services. In fact, the city bus service, the downtown, the Galeries de Hull, the casino, the medical clinic and the HSSC are all close to the Résidence de l’Île. The Château de l'Île has 229 units spread over nine floors. The studios as well as the one bedroom and two bedroom apartments are specially designed for autonomous retirees. The Résidence de l'Île has 150 rooms and studios for semi-autonomous seniors. The Résidence de l’Île also developed another space in its establishment, the Pavillon de l'Île, to meet the needs of those with a loss of autonomy, health problems, mobility restrictions and/or cognitive problems. There is a floor dedicated to those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease as well.
