Located in the Beauport borough of Québec City, Résidence Cardinal‑Vachon is a private seniors’ residence (RPA) operating as a non‑profit organization (OSBL/OBNL). Founded in 1989 by the Diocese of Québec, it offers a peaceful, warm, and spiritually inspired living environment focused on residents’ well‑being. The residence provides studios, 1½ to 4½ apartments, as well as rooms and specialized care units. All accommodations offer great comfort thanks to abundant natural light.
In addition to spaces for independent and semi‑independent seniors, the residence includes two floors dedicated to long‑term care and palliative care. A compassionate team delivers intensive nursing care and daily personalized support, meeting the needs of seniors experiencing loss of autonomy or requiring specialized follow‑up for Alzheimer’s disease and other cognitive disorders.
