The residence for the elderly Au Cœur de l'Amitié, located in Saint-Charles-Borromée, in the Lanaudière region, is a residence that offers units for independent seniors and care for the elderly with loss of autonomy, as well as a unit for people with Alzheimer's disease. The At the Heart of Friendship residence wishes to maintain the autonomy of seniors as long as possible, in an environment adapted to their needs. Qualified staff, present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offers various stimulating and adapted leisure activities. The place promotes the creation of links with other residents. By inviting residents to participate in the tasks of daily living, we strengthen the sense of belonging and, in turn, that of being useful.
