Today, this evolving residence offers 236 individual apartments (studios, 1½, 2½, 3½, 4½, 5½), spread across the three phases, including the prothesis unit. A team of nurses and care attendants is on-site 24 hours a day. The residence also provides accommodation units for individuals experiencing a loss of autonomy who require daily healthcare and assistance.
