The residence is located on a beautiful lot, directly on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. Formerly part of the Congregation of the Little Girls of St. Francis, the building has been completely renovated and considerably expanded to meet all your needs. You will love this enchanting haven of peace! 

On the banks of the St. Lawrence River, the large dining room and the glass lounges offer magnificent views throughout the year. A splendid external court is arranged, with a water basin in natural stones, games and swings. 

Former convent of sisters, the residence has retained all its charm and of course benefits from a magnificent chapel bringing a great serenity to residents. 

The residence certainly holds the secret of longevity since it had in its autonomous section, the first Super-centenary of Les Résidences Soleil, a resident of 111 years!
