Les Habitations La Capucine, located in the heart of the village of Val-Morin, are close to essential amenities such as a convenience store, a health cooperative, the Théâtre du Marais, a park, and more. The complex consists of two residences managed by a non-profit organization. Rents are eligible for the Rent Supplement Program (PSL) from the Société d'habitation du Québec.

• Phase I – 6200 rue Morin
• Phase II – 6180 rue Morin (new construction – March 2025)

Phase I includes five 3½ apartments and fifteen 4½ apartments for individuals aged 55 and over. No services are provided in this building, so residents must be fully autonomous to live there. However, tenants will have access to meals and recreational activities offered in Phase II.

Phase II consists of thirty-six 3½ apartments and four 4½ apartments, intended for individuals aged 75 and over who are autonomous or experiencing a slight loss of autonomy. The residence is in the process of obtaining official certification as a private seniors’ residence (RPA) from the CISSS des Laurentides. It offers several included services: two meals per day (lunch and dinner), a community room, recreational activities, an emergency call system, 24/7 security, and utilities such as electricity, cable TV, internet, and telephone service.
