Located in Saint-Léonard-d'Aston, in the Centre-du-Québec region, Le Centre l’Assomption provides a warm and secure living environment for seniors, whether they are independent or losing their autonomy. Our mission is to provide housing, dining services, assistance with hygiene, and personal care, all delivered with respect for each individual's dignity and understanding.
To ensure the daily well-being of our residents, an on-site nurse is present every day, and 24/7 supervision is provided. Additionally, a doctor visits the residence once a month for residents who are unable to travel to the nearby Coop Santé.
