The private seniors’ residence La Tourellière — Les Cotonniers, located in Salaberry‑de‑Valleyfield in the Montérégie region, is a care residence set up in the former cotton mill in the center of Valleyfield. It offers all‑inclusive services in a secure environment. The residence is made up of two buildings.
La Tourellière: a residence for independent seniors with apartments (1½, 3½ and 4½) with balconies. Located along the Saint‑Charles River, near the shopping center and downtown, it has four floors, two elevators, a lounge on each floor and two large common rooms. There is direct access to Les Cotonniers for dining and medical services.
Les Cotonniers: a residence for seniors with loss of autonomy, offering private rooms, double rooms, double rooms for CSSS functional rehabilitation, and private intermediate‑resource rooms for adults with disabilities. All rooms include a bathroom and an adapted shower. The building also has three dining rooms serving homemade meals, a therapeutic bath and a laundry room.
