The residence has an all-inclusive service where residents have peace of mind. The residence is spread across two buildings:
1. The Tourellière: a residence for autonomous seniors with 140 apartments ranging from 1 ½, 3 ½ and 4 ½ with balcony. The Tourellière is located on the banks of the Saint-Charles River and close to the downtown shopping centre. The building has 4 floors and 2 elevators with a living room on each floor and two large community rooms. There is direct access to the Cotonniers residence for meal services and medical services.
2. The Cotonniers: this is a residence for people with a loss of autonomy that includes 56 individual rooms , 4 rooms with two beds, 10 rooms with beds for CSSS functional rehabilitations purposes and 13 individual intermediary resource rooms adults with disabilities. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom and a shower specially designed for handicapped people. The Cotonniers residence also has 3 dining rooms offering homemade meals in several parts of the residence, including one on the main floor as well as a therapeutic bath and laundry room.
