Résidence des Laurentides, located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, is a private seniors’ residence ideally situated near all essential services, including grocery stores, the SAQ, banks, a CLSC, and a hospital. It welcomes independent and semi-independent seniors, as well as older adults living with mild cognitive impairments, across its different phases.
The complex consists of two adjacent buildings:
- Phase 1 – 30 Larocque Street
This first phase is intended for independent seniors and offers 129 units, including studios, 1-bedroom (3½), and 2-bedroom (4½) apartments. It features an on-site health office and a wide range of services that help residents maintain their independence within their own homes.
- Phase 2 – 50 Larocque Street
Completed in 2022, the second phase includes 49 units for independent seniors and 21 private rooms designed for semi-independent residents, including those living with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer’s disease. This secure section is specifically adapted to meet the evolving needs of its residents.
