With 170 rooms, divided into 12 households (living spaces of 12 to 15 residents), Humanitæ recreates a family-like atmosphere where each resident can live at their own pace.
The residence offers several amenities, including a bistro with a piano, a hair salon, a multipurpose room stimulating long-term memory, as well as gardens, a farm, and outdoor spaces that promote well-being.
To ensure residents' security, Humanitæ is equipped with coded doors, providing supervision tailored to the specific needs of individuals with cognitive disorders.
