Maison aux Quatre Vents is a private seniors’ residence located in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie borough of Montreal. It is managed by the non-profit organization Les Habitations Les II Volets and offers affordable housing for seniors aged 65 and over.
The residence has 45 apartments, including 29 studio units and 16 one-bedroom (3 ½) units. Residents must be independent and capable of carrying out their daily living and household activities, as no care services are provided on site. A resident also performs an on-site supervision role at all times, including evenings and weekends.
