Recently expanded, the complex now offers housing units (studios, 1‑bedroom and 2‑bedroom apartments), an indoor pool, a movie theatre, and a 32‑studio care unit dedicated to residents with Alzheimer’s. The residence can also accommodate individuals who are at risk of wandering or exit-seeking.
A variety of adapted services are provided, including an on‑site nurse, meal plans (1 or 2 meals per day), a dining room with table service, and much more.
