CHSLD Résidence Sorel-Tracy
The CHSLD Résidence Sorel‑Tracy is a publicly funded, privately operated long‑term care centre located in the Montérégie region. Since 1969, it has provided personalized services and offers 78 rooms, mostly private, for individuals experiencing significant loss of autonomy. The facility provides a safe, humane, and adapted living environment, recognized with a commendation from Accreditation Canada. Residents receive comprehensive care, including 24/7 assistance, medical, nursing, and pharmaceutical services, as well as rehabilitation services such as physiotherapy and occupational therapy. The CHSLD is also supported by its Foundation and a team of volunteers who help enhance residents’ quality of life. Admission is managed through the public health network (CISSS or CIUSSS), and fees follow the public rate structure.
