The CHSLD Wales Home is a not for profit organization that offers a wide range of services based on the needs of seniors. The CHSLD Wales believes in independence, friendship and wellbeing for seniors. The Wales long-term care facility is committed to providing a safe living environment that respects the dignity and privacy of seniors who suffer from cognitive and/or physical limitations. The CHSLD’s goal is to provide optimal care and services to seniors while fostering their motivation through activities, therapy and nursing care provided by their dedicated professionals.
