The CHSLD Heather is a long-term care facility managed by Groupe Santé Arbec in partnership with the public sector located in Rawdon, Lanaudière, since 1972. It ensures a healthy and safe environment for its clients. For any admission request to have access to a place in our establishment, you must contact the CLSC in your region.
Our mission? To offer people with loss of autonomy a warm, innovative and safe home, while promoting their development and autonomy, in a personalized and evolving approach through the commitment and dedication of its employees.
The partnership between staff, management, caregivers, families and residents must be strong. Together we become a committed and supportive team at all levels with a caring and humane approach.
