Carrefour Rosemont
Carrefour Rosemont is a private senior residence located in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie borough of Montreal. Managed by the Southeast Asian Seniors Centre, this non-profit organization offers an inclusive and affordable living environment for independent seniors. Assistance programs are also available for low-income seniors.
Situated across from Père-Marquette Park, the residence enjoys a green and peaceful setting. It is ideally located near many essential services, including the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie CLSC, Rosemont Medical Clinic, the Rosemont and La Petite-Patrie libraries, as well as several shops such as Plaza Saint-Hubert, Jean-Talon Market, and IGA. Access to public transportation is convenient thanks to the nearby metro stations and bus stops.
The residence has 115 units spread over six floors, ranging from studios or 3 ½ apartments. Each unit features a private balcony and storage space. Meal service is offered Monday through Friday, with menus inspired by European and Asian cuisines. To ensure residents’ safety, the building is monitored 24 hours a day, and access is controlled by magnetic key cards.
