Carrefour Rosemont is a private seniors’ residence located in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie borough, close to numerous essential services, including the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie CLSC, the Rosemont Medical Clinic, the Rosemont and La Petite-Patrie libraries, as well as a variety of shops and services. The residence features 115 apartments spread over six floors, ranging from studio units to one-bedroom apartments (3½). Each unit includes a private balcony and storage space. A meal service is available from Monday to Friday, offering menus inspired by both European and Asian cuisine. To ensure residents’ safety and peace of mind, the building is monitored at all times and access is controlled through a magnetic key card system.
