Just wanted to let you know that Ernie moved into the Chateau Royale on Monday August 12th and he is doing very well there. The family is absolutely thrilled with every aspect of the residence so far. All of the staff that we have met are organized, respectful, efficient and caring. Ernie is settling into the new routine and likes all of the many activities and the food in the dining room. We feel comforted to know that he is being looked after in all aspects of his daily needs in
a professional manner. He is smiling and laughing and enjoys the daily exercises and the lovely facilities.

I would have loved to meet you 3 years ago. My mom is so happy and so busy all the time. She
eats well and has friends and participates in activities. She thinks she has a lot of freedom
because she can walk around the area, go in and out of her room as she pleases.
I haven't seen her this happy in a long time.

My dad is much better, thank you for asking! He loves it at the résidence. He is not as
