Our support process
We meet the senior and their family at home or in the hospital to assess the person’s needs, condition, and preferences.
We work with professionals in the health and social services network to obtain a complete understanding of the situation.
We inform the senior and their family about:
- the prices, availability, and characteristics of residences;
- the rights related to the lease and the steps to follow in cases of incapacity;
- the financial assistance programs and available tax credits.
We recommend certified residences that match the identified needs (independent, care, Alzheimer’s, etc.) and support the family throughout the process, from visits to the final decision.
We conduct follow-ups after the move to promote a smooth integration and good adjustment to the new living environment.
We ensure regular follow-ups on the quality of care and services provided. If the private residence no longer meets the person’s needs, we redirect them to more suitable resources.
