Il est vrai que les images v\u00e9hicul\u00e9es privil\u00e9gient tr\u00e8s et trop souvent une esth\u00e9tique digne des magazines de mode.<\/p>\n<p>Mais d\u00e9trompez-vous ! Le yoga est une discipline qui s\u2019adresse \u00e0 tout le monde. Une fa\u00e7on de se connecter \u00e0 son corps et \u00e0 sa respiration. De l\u2019enfant \u00e0 la maternelle \u00e0 la personne \u00e2g\u00e9e en fauteuil roulant, tous peuvent le pratiquer.<\/p>\n<p>Comment?
