En effet, selon l\u2019Enqu\u00eatede la SCHL, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>le taux d\u2019inoccupation des places standards en r\u00e9sidence \u00e0 Gatineau se situait \u00e0 8,1 % en 2015<\/strong> <\/span>comparativement \u00e0 9,4 % en 2014 (il \u00e9tait \u00e0 21,3 % en 2010). Cette baisse d\u00e9coule d\u2019une offre relativement stable et d\u2019une <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>l\u00e9g\u00e8re progression de la demande,<\/strong> <strong>soutenue par la croissance de la population des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de plus de 75 ans \u00e0 Gatineau<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La diminution du taux d\u2019inoccupation a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e dans tous les types d\u2019unit\u00e9s, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des studios o\u00f9 il est pass\u00e9 de 5,9 % en 2014 \u00e0 7,3 % en 2015. D\u2019un point de vue g\u00e9ographique, le repli s\u2019est avant tout fait sentir \u00e0 Gatineau Est, o\u00f9 la proportion de logements vacants est pass\u00e9e de 11,0 % en 2014 \u00e0 8,1 % en 2015. Ailleurs, on a plut\u00f4t observ\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re hausse du taux d\u2019inoccupation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Le loyer mensuel moyen des places standards dans les\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.residences-quebec.ca\/fr\/residences\/outaouais\/gatineau?r=7&amp;c=366&amp;cat=\">r\u00e9sidences pour personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es \u00e0 Gatineau<\/a> est\u00a0estim\u00e9 \u00e0 1965 $.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour sa part, le taux d\u2019attraction s\u2019est \u00e9tabli \u00e0 19,7 % dans la r\u00e9gion, un niveau sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la
